What a great invention, a fruit pacifier!
Perfect for introducing new flavours and soothing sore gums during teething.
A few years ago we already worked with Happje for our silicone bibs, now Miriam has written 5 recipes for us that are completely in line with getting to know new flavors in a healthy way!
Super easy to make and great for variation!

Below are some recipes you can try with your little one:
Avocado-lime popsicles (from 8 months) ๐ฅ๐
- Half avocado
- Teaspoon of lime juice
- 150ml Greek yoghurt
๐๐ป Blend everything together. Fill the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours
Breast milk ice cream (from 4 months) ๐ผ
- 200ml breast milk
- 4 strawberries (washed)
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours
Avocado-strawberry ice cream (from 5 months) ๐ฅ๐
- Half avocado
- 6 strawberries (washed)
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours
Banana peanut butter ice cream (from 5 months) ๐๐ฅ
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (100%, without pieces)
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours
Tomato and carrot popsicles ๐
๐ฅ
1 roma tomato
2 carrots (about 150g)
๐๐ปPeel the carrots, wash them and cut into larger cubes.
Wash the Roma tomato and cut into quarters
Blend the tomato and carrot together in a food processor, for example
Fill the molds with the tomato mixture, insert the stick and leave to harden in the freezer for about 5 hours.
1 pear
1 avocado
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients finely in a food processor or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours.
Yogurt
Fresh fruit of your choice
๐๐ปMinute the ingredients in a food processor or blender and add the yoghurt. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours.
3 green kiwis
2 teaspoons honey
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients finely with the hand blender or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours.
Pieces of mango
(coconut) water
๐๐ป Grind both ingredients finely in a hand blender or blender. Pour the smooth mixture into the molds and let it harden in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours. Is your child ready to discover new flavors? Then try adding some mint or basil to this recipe.
