Yes, everything you enter in the name and note field we will see in the order. It is not (yet) possible to put this in the confirmation, but it will definitely be fine with your cool order!

Yes, you will receive the packing slip of your order by email. Please contact info@chewiesandmore.com if you did not receive the packing slip with your order.

With the article you can indicate whether you want to add a handwritten card to your order. We can then also send your beautiful (maternity) gift directly to the recipient! So if you are not able to deliver the gift yourself, we will do it with love for you! This way you have the nicest personalized letterbox gift ever! The proud parents will be very grateful ;) Of course we do not send the packing slip with the order if it concerns a gift.

Yes, you can! You can indicate this when ordering in your shopping cart. You then choose the option: pick up by appointment. This is completely free of charge! We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready to be picked up so that we can plan an appointment. You will also receive the pick-up address where you can pick up your order. You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00.

If you order on working days, the time PostNL needs to deliver your package is often 1 to 2 working days. The delivery time of the Engraved Name Chewies is longer than that of the regular Chewies and the engraved Clips. This is because the Engraved Name Chewies are ordered to order and then made by team Chewies themselves. The delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days until dispatch.

If the article of Ella Ama is in stock with us, applies: ordered today, shipped tomorrow! If the article is not in stock, a delivery time of 10 working days applies, of maximum 10 working days until shipping. This is because the articles are made to measure and to order.
