This Toddler Chewie is perfect for toddlers who still have the need to bite or suck on something. By chewing on the Toddler Chewie, they can often better shut out external stimuli and therefore concentrate better. In doing so, they also train the muscles of the mouth and can also better calm down feelings of tension and stress.

By using small silicone beads and no large or wooden beads it is very safe for your toddler because teeth can not get between the beads. By using only silicone beads the Toddler Chewie can also be put in the fridge before use.

The wood we use is beech. More than other types of wood, beech has an excellent antibacterial effect. We use 100% silicone beads. The silicone is 100% food graded, resistant to damage and free of harmful additives such as BPA, sulphates and other additives. Silicone feels soft and smooth. It is one of the few substances that is fully recyclable, which means less waste and a long lifespan.

For babies, the world is still mainly a black and white film. They do not see real colours yet. They do see the difference in colours, which is why the image consists of shades of grey. Between 4 and 6 weeks, the baby begins to distinguish basic colours. Babies love contrasts. The stronger the contrast, the more interesting. This is the reason why we work with colour contrast.

The silicone can be cleaned with water and mild soap. The beech wood can be wiped with a damp cloth and let it air dry. A baby wipe also works well for this! A Chewie cannot be boiled, sterilized or dishwasher safe.

With the FSC quality mark, you can be sure that our wood comes from a responsibly managed forest. All our Chewies are also tested and certified to the European toy standard EN71 and are made by ourselves, piece by piece, by hand in the Netherlands. We also comply with the law Directive 2009/48/EC, so our products are safe. The CE marking means that our products meet the legal requirements.

Instructions for use
As with all Chewies, we recommend checking for damage before each use and never leaving your little one unattended while playing or chewing on this product.
