If you are not (completely) satisfied with your received products, you can of course send them back.
If you have a complaint about a received product, please let us know, perhaps we can solve this in a different way!
Here is our return policy:
After receipt you have 14 days to change your mind (right of withdrawal). We would like to receive a message within these 14 days that you would like to return 1 or more articles. This can be done through our return form or per e-mail format (click).
You do not have to give any reason for this, but we would like to receive this feedback.
As soon as this has happened, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and the return address.
You then have 14 days to send the package to us. The product must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged or used. The costs for returning are for the customer, these depend on the size of the package to be returned.
As soon as your return is received and it is in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account number with which the order has also been paid within 14 days.
Should the product arrive in damaged, not original packaging, we will accept the product but we will charge the cost of the damage on the amount to be returned.
If you return a part of your order and decide to keep the other part, you will only receive the amount due for the item returned. If you return the complete order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the original order.
Because all Chewies themselves are made it can sometimes happen that by intensive use the knot with which your Chewie is attached will wear or come loose or a wooden ring will snap after falling on the ground. Of course we never want this, so we advise all articles to check them before use.
